I am so excited to say that my new book is finally here !

Learn all about the big changes that will happen to girls as they go through puberty with the help of Isla and her playful cat in this beautifully illustrated, interactive and practical puberty guide.

I colour coded it for ease of access into five main puberty changes.

I wrote it in a social story style format with directive language and positive phrasing. It contains factual information, conveyed in a reassuring, repetitive and inclusive tone by the book’s neurodiverse main character, Isla.

I have included inside to cut out and keep: New vocabulary sight words, visual aids, visual schedule and bookmarks.

It is suitable for girls with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers.
